A word about Dumbasbiker.com. We are parts dealers, we are not trained mechanics or bike builders, while we work on our own bikes and friends bikes, we don't claim to know everything about every product on the market. We have access to over 1,000,000 parts, Please understand you as the builder, installer, or mechanic, should do some research on your product purchase to assure you get what you need ( a good resource for all to have is the Harley service manual or how to books, most information carries over to aftermarket parts as they are all biased on Harley stock parts, fluid levels and specs). Goggle search is an excellent resource to find manufactures contact information and tech support phone numbers. We list everything we know about products in our listings, these are as spec 'd by parts manufacture. Our policy is to save you money on your purchase, and make life simple by buying online . If we have to take your order over the phone because you can't or don't want to do it on line there is a $10 customer service fee added to purchase price(this is only applied to phone purchases) It cost money to staff phone order lines, again less staff saves you money. We have a very secure web site for your safety, we do not save or keep credit card information on file, nor do we even see it when purchased on our web site. Again the best way to contact us is by e-mail it is almost impossible to quote prices on the phone in a short time has we have many suppliers for our parts, our goal is to get you the best price on a quoted part, that takes time and research. We will respond to e-mail ASAP. We can also send you order form by e-mail or fax. When you fill out the order form if you don't want to send us your credit card on the order form we will call you back for that number. Our phones are very busy all the time, so e-mail is better way to contact us first. While we do stock some items, do to the vast number of parts on the market place we can't stock them all. Most items ship in 2-7 days, although many special order items may take up to 10 weeks (i.e. frames, engines, etc) remember suppliers stocks change by the day and even by the second, as well time of year, may deplete suppliers stocks as well (spring is the worst) please order your parts well ahead to be assured of timely delivery and to meet your dead lines. Prices are as listed on the web site, we don't barter, we feel we offer fair prices for our parts. Warranties are provides by manufacturers. We will work to solve a problem of one arises.

What is a special order item? One we don't stock normally, if your local shop does not stock it we most likely don't either. Do to the large amount of part for motorcycles it is hard to stock everything, our suppliers are 1-3 day shipping to us on most items. We send on to you as soon as we receive an item.

We will do everything in our power to work with you on cancellations and returns, so there will be no charge backs to you. We sell at discounts to save you money, be sure to order correctly. If we charged retail prices we would have more room to relax our policy, but do to deep discounts there is not much overhead to eat mistakes you make with an order. Please e-mail us with questions or contact the manufacture for questions on parts and fitments. The more you know about your bike the easier it is for us to help you. Remember a custom is a one of a kind motorcycle, keep that in mind when asking questions that we can't answer.

Dumbassbiker.com is not responsible or liable for misuse or installation of any product we sell. You the customer, are responsible for safe use and installation of any product you purchase and install. Dumbassbiker.com makes no claims as to fitment and safety of the parts it sells, the manufacture is responsible for all fitment claims, and the safety of their products. We suggest a qualified mechanic install all custom parts.
